RTTs as they are called in short are merely tools to help you be close to nature and enjoy the experience that is Camping. RTTs give safe and stable accommodation off the ground to MUV/SUV owners looking for Camping Experience, it provides an alternate to the traditional Ground tents which are affected by weather and small wildlife in and around the ground level. The RTTs being high off the ground on top of your MUV/SUV roof provide better protection from the Natural elements like Rainwater and Small Wildlife like reptiles that might wander around on the ground at campsite.

RTTs are available in many designs shapes and sizes but fall under two main categories Hard shell and Soft shell. Soft shell tents are usually closed/covered using a weatherproof cloth material that encases the whole tent and Hard-shell tents are usually encased in a hard Fibre shell when closed/covered.
